1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all regions of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). International shipping is unavailable for the time being.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 working days processing time before dispatch. Working days = Monday–Friday, excluding UK national bank holidays. Orders placed after 5PM, weekends or public holidays start processing the next working day. Peak sales (Black Friday, Christmas) may add 1–2 extra processing days.

3. Estimated Delivery Times (Post Royal Mail Dispatch)

  • Glasgow & Central Scotland: 1–3 working days
  • Rest of Scotland & Northern England: 2–5 working days
  • Midlands & Wales: 3–6 working days
  • London & Southern England: 4–7 working days All transit times are estimates only; delays from postal strikes, extreme weather or logistics breakdowns are out of our control.

4. Shipping Fees & Free Delivery Threshold

Delivery cost is calculated automatically and clearly displayed at checkout before payment. We regularly launch free standard shipping promotions subject to a minimum order value, advertised on site banners.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, an automated email with Royal Mail tracking number and link will be sent to your checkout email. If you cannot locate this email, check spam folder or contact hello@ravellae.shop.

6. Common Delivery Issues Handling

  1. Tracking shows delivered but parcel missing: First check neighbours, building reception or local Royal Mail collection point. Contact us within 14 days of the delivered scan date for formal investigation.
  2. Damaged or lost parcels in transit: Email hello@ravellae.shop with your order number and clear photos of damaged packaging/items within 7 days of delivery attempt. We resolve all claims under Royal Mail and UK consumer regulations.

7. Return-To-Sender Parcels

Parcels returned to our warehouse due to incorrect customer address, multiple failed deliveries or unclaimed collection will require the customer to pay all additional redelivery postage fees.
