All garment photos, UK size charts, colour descriptions and prices on ravellae.shop are accurate to the best of our ability. We reserve the right to fix obvious pricing typos. If a product is mistakenly listed at an unreasonably low price, Ravellae may cancel the relevant order and issue a full refund with advance email notification.

3. Order Acceptance Rules

Submitting an online order does not create a binding sales contract until we confirm dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for stock shortages, suspected payment fraud, invalid delivery addresses or policy violations. All cancelled orders receive an automatic full refund to your original payment source.
